Blake Lively May Have Stronger Legal Case Against Justin Baldoni, Lawyer Says

In the documentary, which airs on March 31, 2025, attorney Dina Doll argues that Lively’s sexual harassment claims are compelling. Doll notes that Baldoni’s defense regarding fame and control does not directly address the harassment allegations. “Those allegations — such as the improvised kissing, describing his genitalia, and discussing pornography — form a strong basis for a sexual harassment claim,” she explains.

While Lively’s version of events accuses Baldoni of harassment and retaliation, Baldoni counters with a lawsuit claiming defamation and extortion, targeting Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds. He alleges that the couple used their influence to damage his career and tarnish his reputation. Baldoni’s lawyer, Bryan Freedman, dismissed Lively’s claims as “completely false” and vowed to disprove them with “evidentiary proof.”
